Top 5Named a Zoom Solopreneur 50 Top 5 honoree.
Zoom chose Cierra Gross, founder and CEO of Worklution, as one of the five founders in its inaugural Solopreneur 50 to receive grant funding. The Solopreneur 50 is a national index of independent business builders selected by a jury of industry leaders and academics.

Why it matters
Built without outside capital.
Cierra built Worklution without outside funding. It now runs three platforms: Caged Bird HR, Wrk Receipts, and Wrk Legal. Together they give workers the kind of support usually reserved for employers. The grant will help Worklution expand that support.
